- 1 kg of quinces weighed without stalks
- 500 gr sugar
- 1 lemon
Method of preparation:
Wash the quinces well and fluff them on the large grater with the peel /
Squeeze the lemon juice over them.
We put the sugar and let them wait for a few hours until the juice leaves, stirring in them occasionally.
Put the mixture in the Crock-Pot bowl and set to High.
The jam will be ready in about 3 and a half hours.
We put the hot jam in previously sterilized jars, where we place the lids and cover them with towels until the next day.
We label the jars and store them in the pantry.
