I still had some raspberries in my freezer that winked at me every time I walked there. :))
And as I knew that my captives are not lovers of beautiful smelling fruit… I kept sitting with my beard in my palm and I thought about what I would like to eat. :)) To be good and tasty until the last crumb. Eiii… at the word "crumb" my light bulbs lit up and my taste buds went crazy. I knew this raspberry crumble would be my perfect dessert, accompanied by some fresh, slightly frozen whipped cream.
Do you want it too? You have to do, because I don't have any more… :)))
Ingredients:
- 100 g flour
- 75 g old
- 75 g butter
- 25 g ground almonds
- 200 g raspberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation Crumble with raspberries:
In a bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt, sugar and ground almonds. Add the diced cold butter and mix with your fingertips until you get a dough like crumbs.
Put raspberries in a heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar (or more if you want sweeter), then cover with the dough crumbs.
Bake over medium heat until golden brown. And if I may use a combination of words… perfectly delicious! :)))
