- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar flavored with lemon
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 150 g yogurt
- 300 g flour
- 1 baking powder
Preparation Raspberry muffins:
Melt the butter partially over low heat or in the microwave. Mix it until it becomes like a cream, then add the sugar and continue mixing until it melts. Then put 1 egg in butter cream, mixing well after each. Incorporate the yogurt and finally the flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
We pour the composition in a tray lined with special papers (or in silicone forms for muffins). On top we put the raspberries, which we add a little with our finger in the composition.
Put the pan in the oven over medium heat, for about half an hour, until the delicious cakes pass the test with the toothpick and lightly brown on top.
Remove to a grill and leave to cool.
