For mushroom risotto, you first need to prepare the mushrooms. They are cleaned, washed and sliced. After you have chopped and prepared them, you have to cook them. For this, in a pan, add half the amount of oil and a third of the butter, and after the butter has melted, add the mushrooms. If you want, you can even make risotto with mushrooms, if you don't have other options at hand.

After about 10 minutes, the mushrooms will be well hardened. Over them add a little salt, pepper, thyme and parsley, mix, then turn off and leave on the stove, while you can take care of the rice for this mushroom risotto.

How do you proceed? In another pan, add what is left of the oil, another third of the butter, a finely chopped onion, salt and pepper. Leave everything on low heat until the onion is soft, then it's the rice's turn. It cooks a little, for a few minutes, until it becomes a little transparent.

While the rice for the risotto with mushrooms is cooking, in another pan, add the iron and the soup. Then add it to the rice.
