Recipe Rolled with milk cream
- * Rock:
- * 4 eggs
- * 150 g flour
- * 150 sugar
- * 2 tablespoons cocoa
- * Cream:
- * 250 ml milk
- * 25 g starch
- * 1 tablespoon sugar
- * 25 g white chocolate
- * 70 g butter
- * 40 g powdered sugar
Preparation Milk cream roll:
Mix eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until they double in volume and light in color, then gradually incorporate flour and cocoa, stirring from the bottom up.
Put the composition in a tray lined with baking paper and bake on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Bake the baking sheet on a baking sheet lined with sugar and roll carefully.
Mix the starch with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Add 50 ml of milk little by little, until we obtain a homogeneous composition, without lumps.
Put the rest of the milk in a saucepan, add the white chocolate and heat until the chocolate melts. Turn the heat to low and add the starch mixture, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Let it cool.
Mix the soft butter, at room temperature, with the powdered sugar and add a little starch to the cream.
Grease the cooled worktop with this cream, roll it again and put it in the fridge until the cream hardens.
Decorate according to preference.
