- * 4 eggs
- * 150 g sugar
- * 150 g flour
- * 3 tablespoons Nesquik
- * Cream:
- * 1 cup water (100 ml)
- * 1 cup sugar (200 g)
- * 100 g butter
- * 150 g milk powder
- * 50 g coconut
Preparation Roll with powdered milk cream:
Mix eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until they double in volume and light in color, then gradually incorporate flour and cocoa, stirring from the bottom up.
Put the composition in a tray lined with baking paper and bake on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Bake the baking sheet on a baking sheet lined with sugar and roll carefully.
Boil the water with the sugar until the syrup binds.
Set aside, add the butter and stir until it melts. Then add powdered milk and coconut.
The resulting cream is spread evenly over the cooled countertop,
roll in coconut and refrigerate for a few hours.
