Roll with strawberry jam and whipped cream, a recipe for when you want something sweet and you don't have much time available 😉
- * Rock:
- * 4 eggs
- * 4 tablespoons sugar
- * 2 tablespoons oil
- * 4 tablespoons flour
- * vanilla essence
- * Strawberry jam
- * 100 ml fresh
Preparation Roll with strawberry jam and whipped cream:
- If the egg whites are beaten enough, the yolks will remain on top.
Add the flour and mix gently, with movements from bottom to top. The dough obtained is poured into a tray (25/35 cm) lined with baking paper and put in the oven over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Turn the top over on a piece of baking paper sprinkled with sugar and roll carefully, so as not to break. Leave for a few minutes then unroll. Allow to cool and grease with a thin layer of strawberry jam .
Place another layer of whipped cream on top of the jam layer, after which it is rolled.
Put on a plate and let cool for a few hours, then portion and powder with sugar.
