When I downloaded some pictures from the device, I realized that for March 1 I had prepared for you this martisor, a roll with white chocolate and mascarpone , delicious and I have nothing more to say. :)) But as I got into the stories with and about friends , beautiful otherwise, I forgot… But as the moon is not ready yet, as martisoare is still offered… here I will dedicate, with delay, this recipe
- For the countertop:
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 125 g mascarpone
- 1 cream hardener, if absolutely necessary
Preparation Roll with white chocolate and mascarpone:
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add sugar and vanilla sugar and mix until you get a dense and shiny foam. Pour boiling water and mix vigorously.
Pour the yolks rubbed with oil over the egg whites and mix lightly. At the end, incorporate the flour mixed with baking powder, mixing lightly with a spatula, with movements from bottom to top.
Pour the composition into a large baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Remove the top from the tray, along with the paper and turn it over on another piece of baking paper on which we sprinkled a little caster sugar. Roll the top in paper and let it cool.
Melt the chocolate over low heat with whipped cream. Bring to the boil, set aside and mix. Let cool for a few hours until the cream cools very well and gains consistency. Mix the cream until it becomes fluffy, then incorporate the mascarpone, mixing lightly.
Unfold the top, let it cool well, then spread the cream evenly. We roll the top and let it cool for at least :)) 1 hour
Garnish with whipped cream.
