- 800 gr flour + for greasing the top.
- 350 ml of hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 100 gr melted lard
- 250 gr sweet cow's cheese
- 350 gr of sheep's milk
- 2 eggs + 1 for greased
Method of preparation:
From the dough ingredients, less lard, knead an elastic dough.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Spread each side in turn, then grease it with melted lard. We overlap the 8 sheets, grease with grease including the last one and roll them. Let the roll cool for at least 1 hour.
To make it easier for us, we cut the roll into 2 parts.
We stretch the 2 parts in a row in the form of a rectangle.
Mix the grated telemeau with soft cheese and eggs.
Spread half of the mixture to the longer edge of the rectangle and roll. We pull the ends trying to lengthen the roll as much as possible. We place the roll rolled in a tray on baking paper in the form of concentric circles.
We continue with the second part of the dough with which we do the same.
Beat the egg and grease the pie with a brush.
Put the tray in the oven for 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
