Round Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • 30 biscuits
  • 250 gr mascarpone
  • 200 ml fresh
  • 4 yolks
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
  • 3 sachets of instant coffee
  • 3-4 tablespoons black cocoa
  • vanilla
Method of preparation:
We prepare the syrup first. Boil boiling water in a saucepan, then turn off the heat and put the instant coffee. Let it cool and add the liqueur.

In a double-bottomed saucepan put the yolks with salt and sugar. Mix well and add 1-2 tablespoons of coffee.
Put the pot on low heat and stir continuously until the cream binds. Lower and let cool, stirring occasionally.

Beat the whipped cream from the fridge until it rises. Add the mascarpone, vanilla, then egg cream. Homogenize the composition well.

We spread a baking paper on a counter.
We pass the biscuits through the coffee in turn and place them on the baking paper, 3 rows of 10 biscuits each.

Place the cream over the biscuits, keeping some of it for decoration.
Sift cocoa on top.

We rolled from one edge, squeezing the paper well.
Place the roll on a hard surface and let it cool for at least 1 hour.
After the time has passed, place the roll on a plate, carefully removing the baking paper.
Decorate with the remaining cream. Using a fork draw the line above.
Sift cocoa on top.
Keep the roll cold until serving.
