Who loves chocolate cake will understand my adaptation, who will not say: you ruined this one too! :)))
I made Rudy's cake some time ago and I don't know why I haven't made it before, even though children love cheesecakes. Probably didn't convince me too much then… I have no idea! It is certain that I decided to give it another chance, but with chocolate it should be 😉
- It took:
- 200 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 75 g old
- 50 g chocolate
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- esenta de rom
- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 2 eggs (or 3, depending on how creamy the cheese is)
- 100 g sugar
- 75 white chocolate
- vanilla essence
Preparation of Rudy cake with chocolate:
In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and cocoa. Add melted chocolate, rum essence and soft butter. Knead until we get a homogeneous dough. If necessary you can add 1-2 tablespoons of milk. Divide the dough into two parts. One part we spread it in the tray (25/18 cm), the other we wrap it in food foil and put it in the freezer, while we prepare the cream.
We mix the cottage cheese in a bowl with eggs, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix with the vertical blender until you get a fine cream. Pour into the pan over the sheet of dough and level. Above the cream cheese, grate the white chopped on a large grater, then the piece of dough kept in the freezer. We will distribute the dough "knuckles" evenly in the tray, without pressing with your hand.
Bake in the oven over medium heat for about 40-50 minutes. Leave to cool in the pan, then portion as desired.
