A sour soup with fish meat and lots of greens. I put a little of each, about what was in the fridge, namely: parsley, dill, salad and loboda. A rich soup came out with a light aroma of sour fish with borscht, but also with lemon, who wanted a more sour soup.
The machine I cook almost daily is the Crock-Pot Express. So easy, so fast, so good !!! Tell you what I cooked in it today? J ) Mushroom ciulama and rice with milk for dessert J )))
400-450 gr fillets of Nile salt
2 green onion tails
A few leaves of fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
3-4 tablespoons homemade breadcrumbs (I made them from spicy croutons that I crushed in the robot)
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 red pepper
2 celery stalks
1 small connection of loboda
1 small salad or half of a larger one
1 bunch parsley 1 bunch dill
About 1.5 liters of water + 250 ml of borscht
Salt to taste
For serving: lemon slices and hot peppers
Method of preparation
The fish meat is cut into pieces and passed through a meat grinder or a food processor. Over the chopped fish add the finely chopped onion tails, finely chopped parsley, egg, salt and freshly ground pepper, a little finely grated lemon peel (we have devotion to only a little flavor that goes very well with the fish) and let's not forget the breadcrumbs . As I told you above about the ingredients, I made the breadcrumbs from some croutons. The breadcrumbs in the store seem bland, it has no taste, moreover, some of them I found ranced. Please… .is your choice what you put. You can omit it or put a little rice or semolina in the composition. Mix the ingredients by hand, and at the end with wet hands form meatballs (just like meatballs).
Put the olive oil in the Crock-Pot Express bowl. We connect to the power supply, choose the Brown / Sote function and the start button. When the oil is hot, add the finely chopped onion and let it harden until it becomes glassy. Then put the vegetables, carrots, peppers and celery cut as for the soup. Let everything cook for another 2-3 minutes. We put water in the bowl of the appliance over the vegetables (I prefer to boil it), the finely chopped lettuce leaves as well as the loboda. At the end we put the meatballs. Put the lid on the appliance, close the steam valve, choose the Soup function, the time of 20 minutes and the start button.
After the time expires, press the Start / Stop button, disconnect from the power supply, release the steam valve with a kitchen glove. Put the lid aside, put the borscht, salt to taste and finely chopped parsley. Repeat the connection procedure, Soup function, steam valve closed and time 2 minutes. All we need is the borscht to boil a little. The soup is ready and is served with hot peppers and if you prefer more sour, add lemon juice. May it be useful to you !!!
