* For the dough:
* 10 g of dry yeast
* 30 ml oil
* 150 ml water
* 150 ml of milk
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon sugar
* 500 g flour
I put all the ingredients in the bread machine. The result will be an elastic and non-sticky dough. If necessary, add more flour, but not more than 50 grams.
Divide the dough into two parts, which we will spread on the floured table in a round sheet. I never get this operation, so I cut it to the shape of a plate. :)))
Divide each sheet into 8 triangles. On the basis of each triangle we put a piece of cabanos
Then cut each resulting croissant in half.
Put in a tray lined with baking paper, grease with the yolk spread with a little milk and put in the oven until browned. About 25 minutes.
They are served hot, but they are good and cold.
