For his sake, he is a bit at a disadvantage after so many parties beforehand :)), but we strive to make his day as beautiful as possible.
Happy birthday to all those who bear the name of Saint Andrew.
- * Cupcakes:
- * 400 g of egg whites
- * 200 g sugar
- * 200 g margarine Rama Maestro
- * 1 file
- * 100 g ground walnuts
- * 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
- * 300 g flour
- * vanilla essence
- * 1 baking powder
- For sheep:
- * 150 ml water
- * 1 cana zahar
- * 100 g margarine Rama Maestro
- * 1-2 tablespoons cocoa
- * 2 cups milk powder
- * coconut
Method of preparation:
Soft margarine at room temperature rub the foam together with the sugar. Add the lime juice and mix well. Then add the flour mixed with baking powder and ground walnuts. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then incorporate them lightly into the margarine composition, stirring gently. At the end we incorporate the chocolate chips.
The composition is put into shapes
and bake over medium heat for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from the molds on a grill and leave to cool.
I remade the recipe for Chocolates , only in 2/3 of the composition I put coconut, and in what was left cocoa.
Boil the water with the sugar until the syrup binds. Add margarine and mix until melted. Set aside, add powdered milk and mix. In 2/3 we add the coconut, and in the rest we put cocoa.
From the brown side, form the head and legs of the sheep with your hands soaked in margarine. From the coconut side we form larger balls that we roll through the coconut, balls that will represent the body of the sheep.
When forming the body of the sheep you can use toothpicks for safety. I didn't put it for kids.
The cooled cakes are decorated with whipped cream. Sprinkle with a little green coconut and place the sheep on top.
