* 100 g sugar
* 100 g butter
* vanilla essence
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 220 g flour
Beat the egg well together with the sugar, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt.
Melt the butter and pour over the egg, mixing gently. Then we put the flour mixed with the baking powder and with the help of a spoon we homogenize. We will get a soft dough, but after sitting in the fridge for at least half an hour it will harden considerably.
We break the pieces of dough and form balls, which we put in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake on medium heat for about 10 minutes, until golden on the edges.
Powder with sugar or sprinkle with chocolate, as desired.
