Slice potatoes and chicken legs with za’atar

* 5 medium potatoes
* 1 onion
* 1 teaspoon paprika
* salt and pepper
* 4 chicken legs
* 2 tablespoons za'atar

Because I have some leftovers from Arabic bread , I used it to season the chicken. It was very good. It's just as good for grilled meat.

I put the 2 tablespoons of spice in a special bag for the steak, I also put the meat inside and I sealed the bag, after which I shook it vigorously to cover the meat evenly. Put the bag in a tray and bake for ~ 40 minutes. Break the bag and let it brown for another 10 minutes.

Peeled, washed and diced potatoes are boiled in salted water. When they are cooked, drain the water and pass them with a fork.
Finely chopped onion, cook in a few tablespoons of olive oil. When it has softened, add the paprika, mix well and add the potatoes. We match the taste of salt and pepper

Serve hot as a garnish for spicy chicken legs. Who can afford it :)) can put a pickle next to it.
