When you have an acute need for sweets, try this cake. 😉 You will satisfy your cravings for a long time. :)))
It's one of those creamy and delicious cakes, but sweet and consistent. Good for parents to enjoy in the morning over a coffee, also good for children, with a glass of milk. 😀
- For the countertop:
- 1 cana faina
- 50 g sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 75 g butter
- For the cream:
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (397 g)
- For the glaze:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 50 ml whipped cream
- 50 g butter
Preparation Caramel slices with chocolate:
First we will prepare the cream , because it takes a little time.
Pour the condensed milk into a heat-resistant dish. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil, then put it in another bowl or pan with water. Bake for about 1 hour, until the milk caramelizes. Remove the dish from the oven and leave to cool.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the coconut, sugar and a pinch of salt. Pour the melted butter and mix well with a spoon. We will get a shattering composition.
Put in a detachable tray (20/20 cm), distribute evenly over the entire surface of the tray, then press well with a spoon until you get a compact top. Bake on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Remove the tray and place the caramel cream on top
Bake again for another 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool.
Melt the chocolate over low heat with cream and whipped cream. Bring the composition to the boil, set aside, mix, then let cool.
Pour the chocolate icing over the cake and portion as desired.
