Smart Cake Recipe
- 5 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 110 g butter
- 550 ml milk
- 5 tablespoons flour
- vanilla essence or vanilla sugar
How to prepare Smart Cake:
Rub the yolks with the sugar until they become like a cream. Add the melted and cooled butter (I put it soft, at room temperature),
vanilla sugar and flour. We add the cold milk and at the end the beaten egg whites, with a pinch of salt.
Put everything in a tray (22 cm in diameter) greased with butter and lined with flour and leave in the oven for 1 hour, over very low heat. Do not open the oven door at this time at all.
Serve cold, sprinkled with powdered sugar in abundance.
