* 150 g sugar
* 250 ml liquid cream
* 50 g sour cream
* 50 g butter
* 140 g flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 250 g cheese
* vanilla essence
Mix 2 eggs very well together with 100 g of sugar, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt, until they double in volume and become like a cream.
Add the melted and cooled mixture, liquid cream and sour cream and mix well. The flour is mixed with baking powder and is easily incorporated into the composition.
Separately mix the cottage cheese with the rest of the sugar, vanilla essence and 1 egg. Depending on how dry the cheese is, you can add another egg, but it must be borne in mind that this composition must not be too soft.
Pour into a heat-resistant dish (22 cm diameter) very well greased with butter the flour composition, then right in the middle the cheese composition. Level and bake on low heat until golden brown.
Turn off the oven and leave to cool in the oven.
When it has cooled very well, portion it and powder it with sugar.
