- * 150 g sugar
- * 50 g butter
- * 500 ml of milk
- * 150 g dark chocolate
- * 5 tablespoons flour
- * vanilla essence
Method of preparation:
Rub the yolks with the sugar until they become like a cream. Add melted chocolate with butter, cooled to room temperature, vanilla essence and flour. Add the milk a little, and at the end add the beaten egg whites and a pinch of salt.
The composition is poured into a heat-resistant dish (22 cm in diameter) well greased with butter and lined with flour. Put the dish in the oven on low heat for about 1 hour, until the countertops separate and small cracks appear on the surface of the countertop.
Leave to cool in the pan, then refrigerate for a few hours. It's very good cold, the next day is great.
Portion and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Good cake… but I still have a dilemma… which would be better? The white one or the black one? :))
