Cream with cream recipe
- * 3 eggs
- * 200 g sugar
- * 300 g sour cream
- * 1 baking powder
- * vanilla essence
- * lemon peel
- * 2 dogs flour
Today we have a cream cake recipe, a fluffy and fragrant cake, simple and easy to prepare. More reasons to prepare it than you need 🙂
Preparation Cream cake:
Beat whole eggs with a pinch of salt until they double in volume. Add the sugar and continue beating until they become like a cream. Add sour cream, vanilla essence and lemon peel. At the end, lightly incorporate the flour mixed with the baking powder.
The composition is poured into a tray greased with butter (I put in a silicone one and there was no need)
and bake on medium heat until browned. The toothpick is tested.
The check was meant to be a teddy bear (this is the tray), but the moment I overturned it, his head broke. :)) The kids had a lot of fun and rushed to eat his ears, so I didn't fix it. :)) I cut into pieces and powdered with sugar.
