A quick and easy recipe to prepare for when you are in a time crisis. Or ideas, as it happens to me many times. :))
~ 200 g pasta (I used gnocchi)
1/2 chicken breast
150 g Almette cheese
3 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons sour cream
50 g cheese
The pasta is boiled in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Finely chopped onion and garlic, fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Roast the tomato for a few seconds in boiling water, pass it under a stream of cold water and peel it. Cut it into cubes or blend it and put over the hardened onion and garlic. Add the diced chicken breast, mix and cook.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano. When the sauce in the pan has dropped and the meat has penetrated, set the pan aside and leave to cool.
We pass the cooked pasta under a stream of cold water and put them in a bowl, where we mix them with cream cheese and meat sauce. Beat eggs well with a pinch of salt, mix with sour cream and pour over pasta. Add a little more salt if necessary and mix.
Pour the composition into a heat-resistant dish greased with butter,
sprinkle with grated cheese on a small grater and bake over medium heat until lightly browned on top.
