* 300 g of veal pulp
* 300 g mushrooms
* 1 large onion
* 150 g sour cream
* 1 teaspoon mustard
* 2 tomatoes
* 1 clove of garlic
* salt and pepper
* 1 packet of spaghetti
The meat, washed and peeled, is cut into thin strips. We put it in a frying pan, fried, in a few tablespoons of olive oil and a cup of water.

If it is not yet boiled after the water has evaporated, add a little more and continue to boil. Leave it on the fire until it browns a little.
Add finely chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Let it simmer until the vegetables are soft.

We burn the tomatoes, peel them and finely chop them. Pour over the meat together with the mustard and the crushed garlic.
Bring to a boil, then add the sour cream and boil until you get a creamy sauce.
The pasta is boiled according to the instructions on the package and served with the delicious sauce.
