Boil the potatoes in their skins in salted water. After they have boiled, they are passed under a stream of cold water and peeled, after which they are passed together with the soft butter at room temperature.
The puree obtained is then mixed with egg, crushed onion and garlic, spices, chopped green parsley and flour. You will get a sticky composition, but which can be shaped with wet hands or powdered well with flour. If necessary, you can add 1 tablespoon of flour.
Form the meatballs and fry in a hot oil bath.
Even if they got upset and made a lot of noise when I put them in hot oil :)) I made them with wet hands. It seemed easier to me.
