This spinach roll begins with the preparation of this vegetable. It is allowed to thaw, after which it drains well from the liquid and is cut smaller. You can even use a vegetable chopper for this step.

Next, add the eggs over the spinach, in order to homogenize everything as well as possible, then introduce the following ingredients in the composition: flour, sour cream, baking soda, baking powder, salt and pepper and mix well.

You will notice that you get a cake-like texture. This, in order to turn into a spinach roll, is poured into a large tray, of approximately 35 x 45 cm, which is based on baking paper, leveled to be as uniform as possible. At this point, the spinach roll is put in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.

After the dough has browned a little on top, remove, leave to cool for 2-3 minutes, then, to continue this spinach roll, wrap the top with baking paper, while it is still hot and keep it like this until will reach room temperature.

Furthermore, for this appetizer roll, you also need a cream cheese, which you can make while leaving the countertop to cool. Mix the cream cheese with the soft butter and sour cream, then add the diced red onion and finely chopped pepper. Then add salt and pepper to taste. It's an appetizer roll recipe with very simple and tasty cheese. You can, if you want, replace the pepper and onion with salmon, ham, tuna or other ingredients that are perhaps more suitable for your taste. You can easily adapt this recipe.

After you have prepared the cream, as with other appetizer rolls, it must be spread. Unwrap the dough, grease it well with cream, then roll it again, lightly. Wrap everything in baking paper and leave the cheese roll in the fridge for about two hours. Afterwards, you can slice it and enjoy the delicious taste it will have.

This recipe, with spinach, can be adapted in such a way as to fast it, replacing sour cream with soy milk and cream cheese with tofu cheese. You can mix all the ingredients either by hand or with a special robot, depending on how easy it is for you. The taste will be just as good.
