Ingredients:

Preparation Spirals with cottage cheese:

It took:

Yeast mixed with sugar dissolves in a little warm milk. Sprinkle a little flour and leave to rise.

The rest of the warm milk is mixed with melted margarine, honey and lightly beaten egg. We put the flour in the tub of tomorrow's car and pour the mixture with milk and mayonnaise on top. Knead an elastic and non-sticky dough.

If it is kneaded by hand, put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the middle in which we pour the mixture of milk and mayonnaise, then gently incorporate the flour from the edges to the inside. The dough is left to rise for about 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.

Filling:

The cheese is mixed (or mixed with the vertical blender) with the egg, sugar, rum essence and starch. Starch can be more or less, depending on how dry the cheese is. We must have a homogeneous cream that does not flow.

After leavening, the dough is spread in a sheet (or 2, depending on how big the table you are working on :))) rectangular about 0.5 cm thick, on a lightly floured table. Spread the cheese on the entire surface of the dough, then roll as tight as possible. With a sharp knife or a piece of thread we will cut strips of dough, about 5-6 cm.

We place each roll in a tray or heat-resistant dish greased with Rama Maestro margarine. Leave it to rise a little, then grease it with the yolk dissolved in milk.

The ends of the roll are put in muffin tins.

Bake in a hot oven over medium heat until golden brown.
