Stevia borscht with bacon and egg rags

Ingredients:

ss:

  • 4 stevia bindings
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 150 gr diced bacon
  • 1 tablespoon rice
  • 2 eggs
  • borscht to taste
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • green Lovage
Method of preparation:
We clean the stevia leaves and break the tails. Wash in some water and drain.
Boil a little salt water and when it boils add the stevia. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and drain the stevia, keeping the juice.
We clean and wash the vegetables.
Put the carrot on the large grater. Finely chop the onion.
In the hot oil, heat the grated carrot, onion, then, when they have softened, add the bacon.
Add the juice in which the stevia was boiled. Bring to a boil and add the rice.
Boil for 15 minutes, add the finely chopped stevia and top with as much hot water as needed.
Add salt, pepper, borscht to taste.
Boil for another 5 minutes and add the larch.
Beat the eggs in a cup and drain them slowly. in a thin thread in the pot .on the back of a fork.
Stir gently in the pot and turn off the heat.
Cover the pot and leave it for 5 minutes, then we can serve the borscht.
