  • 1 chicken breast
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

Finely chopped onion, lightly fry in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add the diced chicken breast and stir continuously, stirring on all sides. Add the mushrooms cut into large pieces, a glass of water and simmer over low heat, covered. We match the taste of salt and pepper.

When the juice has dropped almost completely, pour over the cream mixed with starch and crushed garlic. Homogenize and boil a few more until it starts to thicken.

Serve hot with polenta.
