Until I managed to write the recipe, the rain came…
But it’s nothing, it can rain… we nestle comfortably in the armchair and enjoy the strawberry ice cream. Here youhave the ice-cream recipe, soo you can do the same like we did.
Ingredients for ice-cream:
100 g white chocolate
200 ml whipped cream
250 g mascarpone
400 g strawberries
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cranberry jam
Melt the broken chocolate pieces over low heat together with the whipping cream. Bring to the boil, then set aside and mix well. Let it cool very well.
We mix the mascarpone with the powdered sugar until it becomes fluffy.
We mix the strawberries and blueberry jam with the vertical blender, but we don’t insist too much. Let the pieces of fruit remain.
In the mascarpone cream we incorporate the melted chocolate, then the mashed fruits. Homogenize and put the dish in the freezer for a few hours.
After about an hour, 1 hour and a half of freezing, remove the bowl from the freezer and mix the composition with the vertical mixer to break the ice needles.
I took my share and left! :)))
