* 1 chicken breast
* 1 large onion
* 150 ml white wine
* 150 g sour cream
* 150 ml liquid cream
* 1 tablespoon mustard
* salt and pepper
Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
Onions are cut into scales
and put to harden in a large pan, in 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. When softened, add the chicken breast and simmer for a few minutes.
Add the wine and let it boil until all the liquid is reduced by half.
Add whipped cream and mustard. We match the taste of salt and pepper.
At the end, add the cream, mix well and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve with vegetable garnish, pasta or plain.
