strudel with sweet cheesecake filling

Today we have the pie ! Strudel with cheese , warm, sweet and fragrant. :))

For this recipe I used purchased pie sheets, I still haven't had the courage to make them at home. The filling is simple, as my captives like it, but you can also add some raisins. Or maybe some cherries…

  • 1 pack of thin sheets of pie
  • ~ 100 ml oil for spreading sheets
  • For the filling:
  • 300 g creamy cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • esenta de rom
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • vanilla essence

How to prepare Strudel with sweet cheese:

The cheese is mixed with eggs, sugar and rum essence until we get a fine cream.

  • If the cheese is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream.

For each strudel we will use 3-4 sheets of pie, which we will grease well with oil. We overlap them, put 4-5 tablespoons of the cheese composition along the sheet (like a strip), then roll. We put the rolls obtained in a tray greased with oil, next to each other.

In order for the strudel to come out soft and good, we will prepare a sauce from:

2 eggs
200 g sour cream
vanilla essence

Pour evenly over the strudels. Put the pan in the oven over medium heat until golden brown. Leave to cool in the pan, then portion.
