Eggs stuffed with mayonnaise and liver pate
- 6 boiled eggs
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 50 grams of liver pate

This is not the Jamila stuffed egg recipe, but it is a fairly similar option. For starters, all you have to do is boil the eggs. Take a large enough pan, put the 6 eggs in it and let them boil. When the water boils, leave them for another 10 minutes. This way they will come out strong enough to be perfect for eggs stuffed with pate.
Next, prepare mayonnaise. If you usually use purchased mayonnaise stuffed egg recipe, just add it. If you want to do it yourself, the simplest will be in the blender (1 whole egg, 300 ml oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard, lemon juice, salt).
What you are going to do now is prepare pots. You need them without the shell to make stuffed eggs, so remove it. Do this carefully, because after that, you have to cut each of the 6 eggs into two equal parts and remove the yolk.
Continuing this recipe for eggs stuffed with mayonnaise and pork, chicken, goose, you must mix all the ingredients – egg yolk (it is crushed as best as possible), mayonnaise, pate (the amount can be smaller or larger, in depending on how you like it), dill, salt and pepper. You can of course make stuffed eggs without pate, but the composition will be a little less. But the taste is delicious.
After you have mixed all the ingredients for these eggs filled with pate, further, you have to introduce in the egg whites cut in two the resulting composition. You can do this with a teaspoon or a posh, depending on what you have at hand. If you choose the second option, you will have stuffed eggs with a more pleasant appearance.
At the end, for an extra taste, place on the plate on which you will put eggs stuffed a few lettuce leaves, lay eggs on it, and at the end, you can sprinkle parsley on top or put radishes cut into thin slices. This dish will be delicious if you serve it with toast.
