Stuffed bread filled with chicken ham cheese and olives

Because I don’t have a big stove tray, I have a good piece of dough left from Focaccia alla genovese. So I decided to put into practice the bread of Good Food, bread that I found to be very appetizing. And it really is. :))

Stuffed bread filled with chicken ham cheese and olives

# 230 g white flour
# 15 ml olive oil
# 150 ml of warm water
# 1 teaspoon sugar
# 1 teaspoon salt
# 1 teaspoon dried yeast

# For the filling:

# masline
# cheese
# chicken ham

The dough is prepared in a bread machine, mixing first the liquid ingredients, then the solid ones. Leave to rise for 1 hour.

Spread the dough on the table greased with a little oil, and on top of 2/3 of the surface of the sheet, sprinkle the ingredients for the finely chopped filling.

Roll, and place the obtained roll in a pan greased with oil. Leave it to rise for another 20 minutes, then put it in the oven over medium heat, until it browns.

When I took it out of the oven I greased it with a little olive oil.
