Sau… ”sarmaua uriasa”… :)))
1 cabbage of about 1 kg
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup rice
1 large onion
3 tablespoons oil
2 cups tomato juice
thyme and basil
salt and pepper
Peeled and washed cabbage, until only a few layers of leaves remain.
Chop the chicken breast with egg, greens, salt, pepper and basil.
Heat the onion in oil, add the tomato juice and washed rice. Let it boil until the tomato juice decreases.
Leave to cool, then mix with the minced meat.
Fill the cabbage with this mixture.
Fill the remaining space with finely chopped cabbage.
Place in a saucepan. Add the rest of the tomato juice, sprinkle with thyme and top with water up to 3/4 of the height of the cabbage.
Cover with a lid and bake until the cabbage is cooked for about an hour.
Serve with polenta and sour cream.
