We need:

* 1 whole chicken
* 200 g mix frozen vegetables
* 1 clove of garlic
* salt and pepper
* Paprika
* thyme
* oil
* 1 Knorr magic bag (I only used the bag, no spices)
* 500 ml white wine

The chicken is cleaned and washed very well.

Grind the garlic, then mix it with 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, pepper, paprika and thyme.

Grease the chicken on all sides, even inside, with this mixture. Carefully try to remove the skin from the thighs and chest and put under the skin of the spice mixture.

In a large bowl, place the chicken and pour the wine and a few tablespoons of oil on top. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for a few hours.

We fill the chicken with vegetables,

we tie it tightly to the legs (not to unravel, not to run away :))) and put it in the magic bag. Bake for at least 1 hour. After this time we break the bag (watch out for steam!) And leave it until it browns. From time to time we sprinkle the chicken with the sauce from the tray.

Serve with your favorite garnish.
