4 boned upper thighs
4 slices of ham
4 slices of cheese
4 slices of bacon
salt and pepper
The cleaned and washed thighs are covered with a food foil and lightly beaten with a sledgehammer. Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme. However, pay attention to salt, bacon and ham also have some salt in them.
Put a slice of ham, a slice of cheese and sliced olives over the thighs. Roll tightly and wrap the obtained roll in bacon. They are placed in a heat-resistant vessel,
pour 1/2 glass of water and put in the oven over medium heat until all the liquid is reduced and the bacon browns.
Serve hot with a garnish of potatoes.
