The sausages are cut in half lengthwise, but not at all, at the bottom the 2 halves will remain stuck.
Grease the inside with mustard, then fill it with strips of cheese. With a slice of thinly sliced ham, we catch the sausage in the middle, like a ribbon.
We place them in a heat-resistant form and put them in the oven over medium to high heat, for 10 minutes, until they brown a little and the cheese melts.
Serve as such or with a salad.
