Whether it's eggs stuffed with liver pate or eggs stuffed with tuna , they are indispensable appetizers on holiday tables. But what about some eggs stuffed with cheese ? They are so good and easy to prepare that you have to try them at least once. It takes longer to boil eggs than the preparation itself :))
- 8 eggs
- 150 g cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- greens to taste (I put parsley and basil)
- 2 tablespoons homemade mayonnaise
Preparation Eggs stuffed with cream cheese:
Boil eggs in salted water and a teaspoon of vinegar for 15 minutes. Keep in cold water for a few minutes, then peel. With a sharp knife, cut in half.
Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with the finely chopped greens, salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and mix gently with a spoon by inverting. We do not homogenize the composition, we leave "mayonnaise" in the cream, they will look beautiful when we fill the eggs 😉
- You can replace the cream cheese with fresh cow's cheese, which you mix with a little sour cream until it becomes creamy.
Put the cream in a posh and fill the egg whites. Let cool until ready to serve.
