* 3 large onions
* 1 chicken breast
* 3 cloves garlic
* 2 tomatoes
* 1 cup tomato juice

Peel the onion, then with a teaspoon scoop the middle, until 2 layers remain. With a sharp knife, increase the edges. This is for those who have time to play. :))
Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Finely chop the onion core together with the garlic and fry in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Add the meat cubes, peeled and mashed tomatoes, then the tomato juice. Salt to taste and season with thyme and basil.
Boil until all the juice is reduced, then set aside and allow to cool slightly. Fill the onions with the meat cubes
and cover with grated mozzarella on a large-mesh grater.
