* 4 large new potatoes
* 4 slices of chicken ham
* 50 g flavored butter
* 2 tablespoons Almette cream cheese
* 4 quail eggs
The potatoes are cleaned with a wire sponge under a stream of cold water, then boiled in salted water.
After they have boiled, take them out on a plate, let them cool a bit and with the help of a teaspoon, dig out the middle of the potatoes.
Mix the potato core with chicken ham and cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Inside each potato we put a piece of flavored butter ,
then fill each potato with the above composition.
We put in a heat-resistant dish and on top of each potato we put a quail egg.
Bake over medium heat until the egg is fried.
