Potatoes stuffed with cheese – Something good worth trying 😉
- * 4 potatoes
- * 50 g of cottage cheese
- * 50 g telemea
- * 50 g cheese
- * 50 g butter
- * salt and pepper
- * a few tablespoons of grated cheese sprinkled on top
Preparation Stuffed potatoes with cheese:
Wash the potatoes and peel them.
In a bowl, mix the cheeses, match the taste of salt and pepper. If the cottage cheese is dry, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream.
Remove the potatoes from the oven, if the fork enters them easily they are ready. Increase the length, then with a teaspoon dig out the core, being careful not to break the shell.
The core is incorporated into the cream cheese.
We put a small cube of butter in each shell, and we incorporate the rest in the composition for the filling, while the potato core is warm.
Fill the potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes.
