We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, there are people who are satisfied with something served on the run, but there are also people in the category that I also fall into, who like to eat consistently and saturated.

Why breakfast on Sunday? First of all because it has garlic :))) and then because you have to sit and enjoy it in peace 😉 So, what I brought you today is not a recipe per se, but just a delicious proposal for a beautiful day.

ingredients
  • 1 avocado
  • lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • hot pepper flakes
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • eggs (as many as you want)

How to prepare Sunday breakfast:

Avocado is cut in half. Remove the seeds, then scoop out the core with a teaspoon. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, then pass it with a fork. Add olive oil and mix gently until smooth. Add the crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle a few hot pepper flakes.

Put water to boil in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, add a little salt and a tablespoon of vinegar. The eggs are broken, one by one, in a bowl and put in hot water. Before releasing the egg in the water, mix it circularly with a spoon, forming a vortex. Leave the eggs for 4-5 minutes, until the egg whites coagulate and, depending on how soft we want the yolk, then remove them with a foamer on an absorbent towel, to drain the excess water.

We serve avocado paste with slices of toast and poached eggs.
