When I showed you one of the methods by which we can get sweet milk at home, I promised you that it will bake something. :)) It was just about these delicious cakes :))

  • For muffins:
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • vanilla essence
  • 5 caramels (60 g)
  • For the cream:
  • 200 g butter
  • 400 g of milk candy

How to make Sweet Milk Cupcakes:

The soft butter at room temperature mixes with the sugar and vanilla essence until it becomes fluffy like a cream. Add the yolks one by one, mixing well after each one. Mix the flour with the baking powder and incorporate it into the butter cream, alternating with the milk

Separately, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then incorporate them in portions, in the above composition, mixing gently from the bottom up with a spatula. At the end, we put the cut caramels.

  • The candies can be replaced with chocolate or you can give them up, as you wish.

Pour the dough into muffin tins

and put in the oven over medium heat until browned and easily detached from the edge of the form. Remove to a grill and leave to cool.


Melt the butter, but not at all, so that there are still unmelted pieces. Mix until it thickens again and becomes fluffy like a cream, then gradually add the dulce de leche, until done.

We put the cream in a posh and decorate according to preference.

  • You can put even less of the amount of dulce de leche, as you prefer, if you like creamier or sweeter cream. Initially, I planned to use only 200, maximum 250 g… but I preferred the sweeter taste to the buttery one
  • Of course, the quantities can also be changed, the cream being arch-sufficient for the 12 muffins.
