For today I propose a recipe for cheese tart, which I "enriched" with a little chocolate :)) I knew that this way I will not fail in front of the dwarves, but you can even put some seasonal fruits, I think that it can only be delicious.
- For the dough:
- 150 g of cottage cheese
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 75 g old
- 300 g flour
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- For the filling:
- 700 g of cottage cheese
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g dark chocolate
- a few tablespoons of sour cream (only if absolutely necessary)

Preparation of Tart with sweet cheese:
In a bowl, mix the cheese well with the milk, oil, sugar and a pinch of salt. In another bowl sift the flour together with the baking powder. Incorporate the flour into the cream cheese and knead until the dough sticks to your hands.
In a bowl, mix with the vertical mixer the cheese with the sugar, eggs and rum essence. If the cheese is drier, you can add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, just enough to get a creamy composition. At the end, add the grated chocolate, stirring lightly.
In a tray (26 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper, spread a part of the dough, lifting it on the walls of the tray. About 2/3 of the dough is enough. Pour cream cheese on top and level.
The rest of the dough is grated on a large-mesh grater and evenly distributed over the entire surface of the tart.
Put the tray in the oven over medium heat for about 40-50 minutes, until the dough is lightly browned. Leave to cool in the pan, then portion as desired.
