# 500 g potatoes
# 50 g butter
# 50 g telemea

Boil the potatoes in salted water, peeled or cleaned, as desired.
Drain the water and crush the potatoes. Add the butter,
salt, pepper and paprika, to taste and grated telemeau on a small-mesh grater.
Add the egg and mix well until smooth.
Sprinkle the composition in a tray lined with baking paper
and put in the oven, over medium heat, until slightly browned.
