- 125 g white flour

Are you a fan of commercial jam rolls, but it seems to be better and tastier at home? A homemade cream roll does not rob you incredibly for a long time and can become a moment of relaxation with results of licking your fingers, being useful on special occasions or when you feel the need for a sweet. This simple roll recipe uses only ingredients that you usually find in the pantry or refrigerator, so it's not expensive.
If you prefer another option, you can make a roll with banana, a roll with assorted fruits, one with shit or a roll with chocolate cream, vanilla or caramel. They will all be just as delicious and will make you want the cake to run out. And, for a chromatic change, you can also use a roll with a cocoa pandispan, where you replace a quarter of the amount of cocoa flour.
The first step in order to make a pandispan roll with jam is to turn on the oven to preheat it to 180 degrees. You will separate eggs into abuses and yolks. You will make the roll top from foamy egg whites, so mix them well with a pinch of salt until they make meringue, adding sugar and continuing to mix until you get a glassy appearance.
Add the yolks to this mixture for the roll recipe and mix for the next 30 seconds, after which you will sift the flour on top and put it all at once. Mix for a few more seconds to incorporate and use the spatula to peel off and homogenize any remaining lumps of flour. The fluffy roll dough with cream should be creamy and sticky, not runny.
The amount of roll top is poured into a 40 x 30 cm tray lined with baking paper, level well and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. It should be lightly prepared, but not brown. Remove from the oven and proceed to its installation with the filling for the jam roll or the cream roll, according to your preferences.
Take the top with the baking sheet, taking care how you handle it because it is hot, and put it on the work table. After that, detach the paper from the baked dough roll with jam (strawberries, apricots, cherries, etc.) carefully, so as not to break the top, and roll it tightly in the respective paper, to give the shape of the cake roll. Let it cool like this for 30 minutes.
The next step is to slowly open it and grease the inside with the desired jam because we do, isn't it, a roll with jam. You can put the desired filling, as mentioned above, and can produce a roll with lemon cream or a roll with apricot jam, cherries, chocolate or custard, for example. Roll back, without the baking paper, this time, using it only at the end, to wrap the whole dish so that it does not come off the corners, and leave for at least 15 minutes, so that the filling leaves its taste. to intertwine with the cake roll top.
It is ready to be portioned. Roll out the jam roll carefully and cut it into slices using a bread knife, with toothpicks. It can be powdered on top with a little sugar before cutting.
Alternatives to this simple recipe are milk powder and wafer roll from wafer or roll from biscuits with jam or cream, which can keep the look and essence of the preparation, offering a slightly different experience.
