A very good and fluffy bread from Switzerland from Danelutza . :))


* 500 g flour
* 2 teaspoons dry yeast
* 250 ml milk
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 1 or
* 80 g butter
* For greased:
* 1 egg yolk + 2 teaspoons milk
In the pan of the bread machine we put flour, yeast dissolved in a little milk with sugar, melted butter, beaten egg and the rest of the warm milk. After the ingredients have mixed well, add salt and leave to rise.
Pour the dough on the worktop (I put some flour, but it works without it) and divide it into 2 parts, which we will spread in the form of a roll, about 60 cm long.
We place the rolls on top of each other, in the shape of a cross.


The one below I crossed over the one above, then the same with the other.




I hope the pictures are more explicit. 🙂 I have practiced with some plasticine from children before. :)) Okay… that didn't stop me from undoing it about 2 times until it came out properly. :))
Put the kneaded dough in the pan greased with oil and leave to rise for half an hour.


Grease with the yolk dissolved in milk and put in the oven over medium heat until golden brown.
