Today I bring you a recipe for tart with bananas and cream cheese, very tasty and with simple and good ingredients. It is so good and hides a combination of flavors hard to refuse.

The thought started towards my dwarfs, but I confess that the adults also enjoyed it with great appetite.
With this tart dough we also prepared the tart with chocolate, raspberries and coconut milk ! Very, very good and fragile dough.

Preparation time: 1 h Nr. portions: 2 (diam. 26 cm)

Ingredients:

  • tender dough:
  • 200 gr butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • 350 gr flour
  • 2 lg black cocoa
  • 1 or
  • 4 lg cold water
  • cheese cream:
  • 400 g of cottage cheese
  • 400 ml fat yogurt
  • 6 lg coconut milk (be careful, from the greasy one, not the coconut drink)
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • chocolate icing:
  • 100 gr chocolate
  • 100 ml liquid cream
  • Furthermore:
  • 4 -5 good bananas (unpeeled or spoiled)
  • 7-8 ripe, sweet strawberries
  • cranberries

Method of preparation:

Cold butter is cut into small pieces. Put a pinch of salt in a bowl together. Add the sifted flour with cocoa and knead lightly by hand until it becomes sandy.
Add the beaten egg, incorporate, adding 3-4 tablespoons of cold water. The dough must be homogeneous, non-sticky and malleable. Dress in cling film and refrigerate for a few hours. I kept it until the next day. The next day, the baking forms are prepared.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C.

Remove the dough from the cold, divide it into two equal portions.
Spread each portion in a thin, even layer, cut and place in each baking dish, arranging nicely and cutting off the excess on the edge. Press well.
Prick each dough with a fork. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees C for 10-12 minutes. Remove and leave to cool.

For the cream cheese, put in a blender bowl, cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar and a few tablespoons of solid coconut milk. Pass a few seconds with the blender, then taste, if desired sweeter, supplement with sugar.
Peel a squash, grate it and slice it thinly. Arrange the slices symmetrically on the entire surface of the tarts, then pour the cream cheese and level nicely. Put in the cold. Heat the chocolate and cream on a steam bath. Stir until the chocolate melts and mix well. Leave to cool, then transfer to a bag and garnish each tart.
Decorate with strawberries and blueberries.
