I invite you to a tart with seasonal fruits, which we prepared recently and which we really liked. It only rains in my mouth when I think of her. How soon I have to prepare another one. It is prepared very easily and quickly and you can use any fruit you like.

Ingredients:

ss:
-for the dough:
300g white flour
150g fatty butter (min 82%, cold)
50g powdered sugar
a pinch of salt
lemon essence
2 yolks
3-4 tablespoons of cold water

-for the filling:
600g apricots (pitted)
200g cherries
150g black cherries
50g ground sugar
3 tablespoons starch

-for crumbly dough:
75g flour
50g sugar
50g butter

Method of preparation:
For the dough, mix all the ingredients and knead a dough that is left in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (wrapped in cling film).

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Wash the fruit and remove the seeds.
Put the apricots in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and leave the juice for half an hour, then sprinkle with starch and mix well with a spoon. The same is done with cherries. You can add sugar to taste. I used 50g of sugar for all the fruits, and the tart came out sourer (because that's how we like it).

Take the dough out of the fridge and spread it on a baking sheet, then transfer it to a heat-resistant dish. Using a fork, prick the dough from place to place and cut off the excess dough.

For the crumbly dough, lightly mix the 3 ingredients until you get a sandy dough.

and place the tart in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 ° C until nicely browned. Allow the tart to cool completely before serving.
