A tart very easy to make, which can be served as an appetizer or as a main course. Creamy and with a lot of cheese, with some pieces of meat… it's just great.

Ingredients:

  • For the dough:
  • 10 g dry yeast
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons wheat bran
  • ~ 500 g flour
  • For the filling:
  • 1/2 chicken breast
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • dehydrated dill

It took:

The yeast is mixed with the sugar and dissolved with a little warm water. Leave to rise for 10 minutes. In the bowl of the bread machine (or in a bowl if we knead by hand) we put flour, wheat bran, salt and oil. Add the mayonnaise and the rest of the water and knead a suitable hard dough, which is left to rise for half an hour.

Filling:

We cut the bacon into pieces. So is the ham and chicken breast. In a non-stick pan, lightly fry the bacon until the fat melts. Then add the ham and chicken breast and let them simmer until lightly browned, stirring constantly. Set aside and leave to cool.

In a bowl put grated mozzarella on a large grater, mascarpone, eggs and crushed garlic. Add dried dill, salt and pepper to taste.

In the tart pan greased with oil and lined with flour, spread 2/3 of the dough, lifting it slightly on the edge of the form. We put the meat, distributing it evenly, then we pour the cheese composition on top. From the rest of the dough we cut strips (or any other shape) and make a grid over the tart.

Bake over medium heat until lightly browned on top. Allow to cool slightly, then portion as desired.
